What types of events do you plan?

We specialize in planning a variety of events, including intimate residential gatherings, weddings, corporate functions, birthday, retirement, bridal, baby shower parties, church and charity events. No event is too big or small!

How far in advance should I book your services?

Weddings & Large-Scale Events (150+ guests) Examples: Weddings, Conferences, Galas, Church Conventions, Festivals Booking Recommended: 9–12 months in advance This allows ample time for venue selection, vendor sourcing, permits, and comprehensive design planning.

Medium Events (50–150 guests) Examples: Milestone Birthdays, Reunions, Showers, Book Signings, Fundraisers Booking Recommended: 4–6 months in advance Ideal for securing preferred vendors and ensuring a well-organized and thoughtfully designed experience.

Small Events & Intimate Gatherings (under 50 guests) Examples: Private Dinners, Social Club Events, Fashion Shows, Signing Parties Booking Recommended: 2–3 months in advance Gives us the time to design meaningful details, manage logistics, and create a polished event without rush.

Do you handle all aspects of event planning, including vendors and venues?

Yes! Reveal Event Studio offers several packages depending on how much or how little you'd like to be involved. While we partner with a trusted network of vendors for services such as venues, catering, entertainment, and rentals, our in-house team directly provides event design, project management, marketing support, graphic design, event signage, and attendee gifts. We manage every detail to ensure a cohesive and seamless experience from start to finish.

Can you work within my budget?

Absolutely! At Reveal Event Studio, we offer a range of packages—from Small reisdential gatherings, day-of coordination to full-service planning and design—so we can tailor our services to fit your vision and your budget. During our initial consultation, we’ll discuss your priorities and recommend a package that aligns with your goals without compromising on quality.

Do you offer day-of event coordination services only?

While we don't offer day-of-event coordination, we highly recommend our Prelude Package for clients who’ve done most of the planning. It includes a consultation, timeline creation, vendor coordination, and up to 4 hours of on-site management to ensure your event runs smoothly.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a 25% deposit is required at time of contract signing.

Do you offer stand-alone services?

Yes, we offer stand-alone graphic design and gift design/assembly services starting at $50 per hour. Whether you need branded invitations, signage, or curated gift sets, we're happy to assist without a full event package.
